Jamie SabbachJamie Sabbach, MS, CPRP, is the Founder and Chief Executive of 110 Percent, LLC, an innovative agency committed to strengthening recreation, parks, and related services through advisement, consulting, training, and facilitation services. She has more than 22 years of experience working in and for public parks and recreation, and higher education.

Jamie has worked for notable public agencies such as the Champaign Park District (IL); the Bloomington Parks and Recreation Department (IN); and the Boulder Parks and Recreation Department (CO) in the capacities of programmer, facility manager, superintendent and director. She has been an Assistant Professor at Illinois State University and has continued to contribute to higher education as an adjunct faculty member at Metro State College in Denver, Colorado. Jamie currently works as a national consultant, advisor and development trainer where her focus is on enhancing organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Her extensive experiences in service delivery, facility development, organizational planning, financial management, and community engagement, along with her comprehensive knowledge of the field allow her to direct dynamic and effective processes that lead to impressive results.

Jamie is an active member of the National Recreation and Park Association having served in a variety of leadership capacities. She is a past President of the American Park and Recreation Society, and recently completed a six year term on the Council on Accreditation, the governing body that grants accreditation to colleges and universities in parks and recreation programs and curriculum. In 2008 Jamie was inducted as a Fellow into the prestigious American Academy for Park and Recreation Administration.

Jamie has taught more than 150 professional development and training programs at various continuing education schools, and at many state, regional, national and international conferences since 1996. In 2007 Jamie was selected to present at the International Federation of Parks and Recreation Administration Conference in Dublin, Ireland. She presented at the World Leisure Congress in Quebec, Canada in October, 2008, and was a selected presenter for the 2010 World Leisure Congress in Chun Cheon, South Korea. [updated 11/11]
