Ron Chase served as the Director of the Public Recreation Commission, City of Cincinnati beginning in 1980. Previously he was Executive Director of Parks and Recreation for Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and Superintendent of Parks and Recreation for Abington Township, Pennsylvania and the Village of Irvington, New York. Ron earned a B.S. in parks and recreation administration from Wisconsin State University at LaCrosse and a M.S. in parks and recreation administration from the University of Illinois. During his career he served on the APRS Board of Directors as President of the PA Recreation and Park Society, Chairman of the Revenue Resources School and Golf Management School in Oglebay, W. VA. and undertook a number of other committee assignments with State and national organizations.
